No Shoes allowed inside. Slippers are provided or you can bring your own. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, exercising and the use of canoes/kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, exercising and using the canoe (or your own kayak). You also agree that there is no diving off the dock. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, diving, exercising and use of the canoe and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, exercising and the use of the canoe may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the canoe if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the canoe while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exercising or using the canoe. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

As our guest you have full access and complete privacy to this multi-level home with multiple balconies, outdoor seating areas, yard and charcoal grill year round with driveway which can park up to 6 vehicles. The Garage and the mechanical rooms and interior of the boat house are the only areas off limits. This property includes 4 bedrooms 3 full baths, very spacious bright and gourmet kitchen with a double oven, several family entertaining and rec areas.
