Welcome to Omi Cabin, our stylish mountain retreat minutes from Belleayre Mountain. Here you can relax in the hot tub, snuggle up around the fireplace in the living room or cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. If you’re looking for a change of scenery to work remotely, we have a strong WiFi for that. Access the hot tub (private to the property) via the outdoor deck or grill under the stars, or just sit by the fire pit and enjoy some smores.

Good to know

This is a private house with parking in the front. The two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, and the full kitchen has all of the basics you may need, coffee included! The wooded backyard is at the base of a mountain offering beautiful scenery. The deck is a great place for grilling and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the Catskills. We are minutes away from Phoenicia and Phoenicia Diner and about 25 minutes away from the famous town of Woodstock, where you have access to fine dining, shopping and some amazing art displays. We are also about 25 minutes away from Hunter Mountain and Bellearye Mountain ski resorts. We have a bit of everything for varying taste and interest, depending on the time of year, there is always something different to do. Take advantage of our Wifi to get some remote work done. The water is safe for drinking.

Other Details to Note

We love pets! This property allows up to 2 medium size dogs at a fee of $50 each or cats. Please be sure to indicate the breed and dog size upon reservation. While on the property, do not leave your pets unattended in the home and be sure to clean up after them both inside the house and outside. ALL pets should be on a leash or supervised carefully as the yard is not fenced in. Also any furniture that is moved around and not placed back to original location will attract an additional fee. Please be sure to follow all user instructions around the home. Check out time is 11am. Late check out is subject to availability and attracts a fee of $25 per hour. We ask that you not leave food outside or on the grill as we do have very curious animal neighbors. This property is off a main road with parking directly in front of the house and a few steps up to the front door. If you do have animals or young children, please use caution near the roadway.

We may be able to offer early check-in or late checkout based on availability at $25/hr. Please message host if interested. Please be RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS and their peace and QUIET! We want you to enjoy yourself, but this must be done in a way that does not disrupt our neighbors. Please do not pour any grease down sinks. Use sink drainers to remove food and debris from going down drains. We use a septic system which is very sensitive; not following these precautions can lead to clogged lines and severe water back up.

**This is a private neighborhood with year round residents, so please be mindful to respect their peace and quiet.** The Shankdanken Dog & Agility Center is a great dog park just a four minute walk down the road if you're bringing your four-legged best friend along for the trip.
